We're excited to welcome a new Front Desk / Shift Lead to our team! As the first person our guests see, you'll play a key role in creating memorable, stress-free experiences from the moment they arrive. We are a professionally managed, authentic boutique Inn located right on beautiful Tillamook Bay. Our team is passionate about genuine hospitality, strong teamwork, and making every guest feel comfortable, valued, and right at home. In this role, you'll help ensure each stay starts off perfectly. From having guest rooms and RV spaces prepared and ready for check-in to providing friendly, helpful service throughout each shift. As a Shift Lead, you'll also support daily operations and help maintain a positive and organized environment for the team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and out, provide excellent customer service throughout their stay Answering phone calls and taking reservations for our Inn and RV Park Running and completing various reports for each day Cash Handling Lead shift activities by keeping track of rooms that have been completed for the day and rooms that may be missing items to replenish Light housekeeping in and around the office Assuring RV Park guests are following park rules Maintain a level of excellence and professionalism Who you are: You take pride in your work and notice small details You enjoy and thrive in a customer service roll You're a team player and enjoy helping others You are a good problem solver and like to take charge when a challenge presents itself

Hours:

20-40 hours a week Part time and Full time positions available

Schedule:

Typically 10am - 5pm Weekends required Holidays required Flexible schedule

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
