Housekeeper Duncraig Manor - Southern Pines, NC Duncraig Manor is a luxury event venue and boutique bed and breakfast, offering an elevated guest experience within a European-inspired estate. We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Housekeeper to support daily operations and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism. This role is essential to maintaining the manor's refined atmosphere for both overnight guests and private events.

Position Overview Part-time role:

approximately 2-5 hours per day, depending on guest stays and events Weekend availability required Hourly position ($25 an hour) Flexible schedule based on occupancy and operational needs Key Responsibilities Guest Room & Linen Care Make beds and maintain guest rooms to a high standard Wash, dry, and iron towels and linens on-site Transport bed linens to and from a laundromat and return them promptly Restock linens and refresh rooms between guest stays Dining & Kitchen Support Assist with post-breakfast cleanup, including washing dishes and resetting kitchen spaces Polish silverware and glassware to presentation standards Clean countertops, appliances, sinks, and kitchen surfaces Maintain organization and cleanliness of kitchen and butler's pantry General Housekeeping Clean and maintain all common areas, including living spaces, hallways, and bathrooms Vacuum regularly and mop as needed throughout the property Dust, sanitize high-touch surfaces, and maintain overall tidiness Empty trash and recycling throughout the property Bathroom Maintenance Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures Refill supplies (toilet paper, soap, towels) and ensure presentation is guest-ready Property Upkeep Maintain overall cleanliness of the estate, including attention to floors, windows, woodwork, and surfaces Inspect for cobwebs, dust, and general upkeep needs Keep storage areas and supplies organized Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed Deep Cleaning & Maintenance Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks (appliances, carpets, refrigerators, ovens, etc.) Ensure all areas of the property are consistently maintained to a high standard Additional Support Assist with other tasks and responsibilities as requested by management Qualifications Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Reliable transportation (required for laundromat duties) Professional, positive, and discreet demeanor What We Offer Flexible, consistent part-time hours A professional and beautiful work environment Opportunity to work within a high-end hospitality setting To Apply Please submit your resume and contact information.
