Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards. Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently. Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to preserve flooring integrity and appearance. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a healthy environment for residents or guests. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing requests promptly and courteously while maintaining a positive attitude. Keep all cleaning supplies organized and report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to management promptly. Assist with custodial tasks in common areas and perform janitorial duties as needed to support overall facility cleanliness. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Ability to handle laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with janitorial equipment and supplies management. Prior housekeeping management experience is a plus for leadership roles within the team. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
