Day shifts, weekends required, holidays, Job Summary Courtyard by Marriott is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and is committed to high cleanliness standards. Key Responsibilities Clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed Ensure all rooms meet Marriott brand cleanliness and presentation standards Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly Restock housekeeping carts and supplies Maintain cleanliness of hallways, storage areas, and common spaces Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and security procedures Qualifications Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (hotel experience a plus) Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and push carts (up to 30 lbs) Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Benefits Competitive pay Employee discounts at Marriott properties Paid training Opportunities for growth and advancement Friendly and supportive team environment Why Join Us?
