Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care. Maintain floors through proper care techniques including carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and stain removal to keep surfaces spotless and safe. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and professionally. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote health and safety standards. Manage janitorial supplies inventory and notify supervisors when stock needs replenishing. Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling cleaning routines and coordinating team efforts when applicable. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping roles. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, sanitation procedures, and laundry operations. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus. Basic knowledge of cooking can be beneficial for supporting household or hospitality needs. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
