Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain assigned areas, including hotel rooms, common areas, and public spaces
• Perform general housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Change linens and make beds in accordance with hotel standards
• Replenish supplies and amenities in guest rooms and public areas
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety

Experience:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is a plus
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning standards is beneficial
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a bonus
• Ability to work independently and efficiently

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
• Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of duties
• Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established cleaning protocols
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy objects if required
