Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and chemical agents Handle chemical agents safely by following safety data sheets (SDS) and proper handling procedures to ensure a safe working environment Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting heavy linens, furniture, or cleaning equipment with proper technique to prevent injury Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards Manage hotel housekeeping operations efficiently, including inventory control of cleaning supplies and linens Follow hotel emergency procedures promptly in case of incidents or safety concerns to ensure guest and staff safety Adhere to janitorial and custodial best practices by utilizing industrial cleaning tools and methods for optimal results Skills Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles with a strong understanding of hospitality standards Expertise in cleaning techniques, including the use of various cleaning equipment and chemical agents handling Knowledge of industrial cleaning methods and floor care maintenance to ensure high-quality results Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while managing supplies or furniture during cleaning tasks Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to respond effectively in urgent situations Strong organizational skills with experience managing housekeeping operations or hotel management tasks Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness and guest satisfaction Join us in creating welcoming environments where guests feel comfortable and cared for!
