Housekeeper

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Carry out floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and towels. Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by housekeeping management. Provide exceptional hospitality by addressing guest requests and concerns in a friendly manner. Qualifications Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles preferred; hotel experience is a plus. Familiarity with janitorial or industrial cleaning practices is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
