Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express Malone! As a member of our housekeeping team, you'll play a crucial role ensuring guest satisfaction and a high level of standards are met. Canidates will also be cross trained with laundry. Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Dust, vacuum, clean windows and mirrors; sanitize bathrooms and hard surfaces. Change bed linens and towels, restock supplies, and ensure all rooms are well-maintained. Report any maintenance issues to management promptly. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitization to comply with health and safety regulations. Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Skills Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. A strong team first attitude. Weekends are a requirement for this position.
