Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces with attention to detail. Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to uphold safety and aesthetic standards. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest comfort at all times. Follow established health and safety protocols during cleaning procedures to promote a safe environment for guests and staff. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely repairs and uphold property standards. Support housekeeping management with inventory control and proper storage of cleaning supplies and equipment. Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial work within hospitality or industrial settings. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and carpet extraction. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures and standards for guest service excellence. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
