As part of our housekeeping team, you'll play a vital role in creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments for residents, staff, and visitors. This position goes beyond routine cleaning
• you'll tackle deep cleaning projects, support infection prevention efforts, and help maintain the overall appearance and functionality of our community.

What You'll Do You will take ownership of a wide range of cleaning and project-based tasks, including: Thoroughly clean interior and exterior windows, including screens Sweep under and around appliances (without moving them) using specialized tools Clean indoor and outdoor light fixtures, including ceiling domes, drop lights, porch lights, and lampposts Perform deep cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas Wash walls, doors, baseboards, vents, ceiling grids, furniture, and stairwells Change curtains, blinds, draperies, and shower curtains as assigned Wash beds and mattresses; remake beds to ensure resident comfort Maintain floors through vacuuming, dust mopping, damp mopping, and periodic scrubbing, stripping, and polishing Shampoo carpets and upholstery using extractors when needed Dust high and hard-to-reach areas to support cleanliness and air quality Collect and dispose of trash and recycling throughout the facility Assist with moving furniture and equipment for deep cleaning or space configuration Safely operate housekeeping equipment and report any repair needs promptly Follow proper chemical usage and cleaning procedures for every task, wearing PPE as required What You Bring to the Table Valid PA Driver's License Able to successfully perform all key responsibilities of the role with reliability and care.
