Housekeeper / Property Care Specialist

Job Description The Jaeckle Centre, an equine performance and rehabilitation facility located in Thompsons Station, Tennessee, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to support the cleanliness and upkeep of our property. This role plays a key part in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-presented environment across a private residence, office spaces, and barn facilities. The position is ideal for someone who takes pride in consistent, high-quality work and can follow a structured routine while working independently. You will work near horses in a professional setting (no animal handling required) and will contribute to maintaining the overall standards and presentation of the facility.

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00

PM Your Role:

Maintain cleanliness across residential common areas, office spaces, and barn facilities Clean and maintain restrooms and shared areas to a consistent high standard, including larger multi-stall facilities Perform routine laundry tasks (linens, towels, and related items) Follow a weekly cleaning schedule across multiple buildings Maintain organized work areas and proper use of supplies and equipment Identify areas needing attention and take initiative to maintain standards Work independently and manage time effectively Success in this role means maintaining spaces that are consistently clean, organized, and ready for daily use without requiring close supervision.

Qualifications The ideal candidate:

Has prior housekeeping, janitorial, or facilities cleaning experience Takes ownership of assigned areas and completes work thoroughly Works independently and follows a consistent routine Physically capable of performing a full day of cleaning, including larger restroom areas Comfortable working in a barn environment and around animals Shows strong attention to detail and maintains high standards consistently Demonstrates reliability and consistent attendance Must be willing to complete a background check and drug screening Bonus (not required): Experience cleaning multiple types of spaces (residential, office, or facility) Experience working in structured environments with consistent routines What We Offer Salary commensurate with experience 401(k) plan Health insurance Dental and vision coverage About This Company The Jaeckle Centre is a specialized equine performance and rehabilitation facility based in Thompsons Station, Tennessee.
