Housekeeping Associate

Seasonal Housekeeping:

Moultonborough (27 units) Training provided. Follow a daily worksheet. Attention to detail. Ensure a clean, disinfected and organized room for our guests. Tasks include general housekeeping duties for units and common areas. Ability to help restock carts, report low inventory, assist with laundry.

Min:

25-30 per week. Must have reliable transportation and available to work rotating weekend days.

Responsibilities:

• Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Empty trash and dispose of waste materials properly
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment when necessary
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the housekeeping management

Skills:

• Attention to detail to ensure a clean and organized environment
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus
