Job Description

We are looking for a charismatic individual to join our Housekeeping & Hospitality team. No prior hospitality experience is necessary, just the right attitude! Come live, work and play alongside a young, passionate team at Montana's premier fly fishing lodge. Enjoy our 160-acre, century old guest ranch. Walk or float our 1.5 miles of private riverfront, hike incredible trails, fishing in world class rivers or get out and explore! Located equidistant from Glacier & Yellowstone National Parks, you will truly enjoy all that Montana has to offer. The Missouri River Ranch (MRR) is Montana's premier fly fishing lodge. We earns that reputation thanks to the diligent work of our incredible employees. Our Hospitality Attendant is detail oriented and focused on excellent service to ensure every stay of our guests' exceeds expectations. Our employees each receive free onsite housing, 3x meals/day while working, tips, and guaranteed days off (11.5 days on, 2.5 days off). Job duties include, but are not limited to: Assist with morning breakfast service (including setting up, tableside service and stewarding) Provide daily housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, cleaning guest room bathrooms, changing and arranging the towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting, rearranging and flipping the room after guests check out. Clean and maintain all common areas that guests utilize. Follow a deep-cleaning schedule that upholds brand standards. Report cases of property damage in common spaces to your supervisor Assist with inventory of supplies Assist in other departments/service periods as needed Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift
