Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency Maintain floors through proper care techniques including sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and polishing to keep surfaces spotless and safe Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or clients' cleaning needs promptly and professionally Manage janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling or training new team members (if applicable) Experience Prior custodial or janitorial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly desirable Experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is a plus Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and polishing methods Familiarity with laundry procedures and sanitation standards Hands-on experience with cleaning tools and equipment such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and mops Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping roles is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Join us to make a difference through your dedication to cleanliness!
