Housekeeping / Laundry Supervisor

As the Housekeeping / Laundry Supervisor, you will be lead role in ensuring thorough cleaning of the facility including all resident rooms, dining rooms, common areas and offices. You will provide leadership and directive to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. You will coordinate the daily tasks of the departmental staff, plan staffing schedules to ensure adequate services are rendered. Assist with interviewing and training of new departmental staff. Conduct regular inspections to ensure both housekeeping and laundry services are being completed in an efficient and timely manner, and that all established standards are upheld. The Supervisor will take inventory and order supplies for both departments on a monthly basis.
