Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities and ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and safety. This role is essential to our operations, and we are looking for a reliable and motivated individual who can take pride in their work. Duties

• Clean and sanitize all areas of the facility, including offices, common areas, and restrooms.
• Perform tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.
• Clean and maintain all equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
• Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels.
• Handle and dispose of hazardous materials.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained.
• Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor or manager. Experience
• Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and chemicals.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
