Job Overview We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to manage housekeeping operations at our 8-room bed and breakfast. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including cleaning, laundry, and janitorial tasks, to ensure all areas meet quality standards. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and safety procedures aligned with hospitality industry best practices. Train new team members on cleaning techniques, equipment use, safety guidelines, and customer service expectations. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, back-of-house areas, and laundry facilities to maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency. Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations. Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service while fostering a positive team environment that encourages accountability and teamwork. Address guest concerns related to cleanliness promptly and professionally to enhance overall satisfaction.
