Ensure the highest level of resident and guest satisfaction by offering prompt, professional, courteous, and dedicated services. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the cleanliness of all Resident amenities and public areas daily
- Lead and train housekeeping teams to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
- Oversee the housekeeping department budget, take inventory, and ensure there is a stock of adequate cleaning supplies
- Work closely with the Managing Director, Maintenance, and Front Desk teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Organize work schedules for attendants to guarantee optimal coverage and smooth property maintenance operations.
- Efficiently tackling special cleaning requests or issues from other departments, ensuring Resident experience is flawless.
- Support company and department goals of continuous improvement and learning by attending courses provided by the property.
- Professionally representing the property during shifts and/or when on property grounds for job-related issues.
- A High school diploma or GED is required
- 3+ years of Housekeeping Leadership experience in Residential or other similar position
- At least 2+ years' experience in hospitality or guest services
- Extensive knowledge of environmental services (EVS), including detailed cleaning processes and a wide range of cleaning supplies and equipment, that are OSHA compliant
- Applicants should be excellent leaders, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a commitment to customer service
- Bilingual in English & Spanish is preferred
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Must have a positive attitude with the ability to remain flexible and patient.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds.
