Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, ensuring all areas meet established cleanliness standards. Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to uphold quality service and safety protocols. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety regulations. Manage scheduling, assign tasks, and monitor performance to optimize team productivity. Oversee laundry operations, including linen management and cleaning processes for linens and uniforms. Address guest requests or concerns promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens; ensure proper usage and storage. Requirements Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial roles within hospitality or commercial cleaning environments. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team effectively. Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, janitorial procedures, laundry operations, and safety standards. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Good communication skills to coordinate with staff and interact positively with guests.
