The Head of Housekeeping The Head of Housekeeping is responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of all company owned and leased properties, ensuring that all supplies and resources are maintained and accounted for. The Head of Housekeeping is the point person for the housekeeping team, setting standards and ensuring excellence , responsible for creating a clean relaxed environment for our guests and team that reflects our standards and helps us accomplish a luxury experience with aims to be one of the best shooting estates in the world. Responsible for scheduling the housekeeping team, establishing goals and ensuring each team member achieves impeccable cleanliness, creating a haven for guest to return to each day. Leading a team with happiness. Must be trustworthy and willing to pass background check. We are also recruiting for all housekeeping positions 2-4 based on season.

QaUc Housekeeper Duties:

Scheduling of the Housekeeping Team Training and Accomplishing Cleaning Standards Quality Control and Follow through Supplies and Resources managed Trustworthy Daily Maid Service Clean Guest Rooms per the daily maid service list Set up rooms for incoming guests according to check in list Vacuuming Cleaning/dusting Clean office, laundry room, linen room, boot room, game room, pool area, and other ranch buildings as requested Launder and fold all linens, bedding, towels, etc. Various other duties required to keep our ranch immaculate

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
