At Blixt and Company we offer traditional driven pheasant and partridge shooting in the United States of America. It is our goal to bring a long-held English tradition to the majestic American West. The hospitality team, including chef, lodge manager, and guest service specialists, will ensure that the guests are comfortable and relaxed after a day in the field. We provide elegant hospitality and lodging , complete with our private chef located in Idaho with stunning views of the Grand Tetons.

Role:

As a server with us, you are the face of our company to the guests and will be the one welcoming them to enjoy their Blixt and Company experience. In addition you get to be apart of the procedures and preparations going on behind the scenes. We are a small team that values initiative, in conjunction with strong communication skills and an eye for extraordinary details . Serving one table at a time, allowing you to deliver an elevated and personalized hospitality experience. Service also extends into outdoor field locations, creating a unique and immersive guest experience. We welcome guests from all over America to gather to enjoy an extraordinary experience, a great drink and share interesting conversations. You will be creating the atmosphere for our guests . Together with our Chef you will guide our guests through a state of the art dining experience. We put value in understanding the needs of our guests. That might be remembering how they want their eggs to be served for breakfast, making sure there are olives for their cocktail at night, or engaging in a conversation about driven shooting. At Blixt and Company, it's all about providing the best guest experience to some of the highest class shooters in America in a traditional English manner with a smile. Job Requirements, including but not limited to:

• Professional appearance and grooming
• Client-oriented approach and solution-oriented attitude
• Being anticipatory, friendly not familiar, invisible and available
• Spontaneity and genuineness, with the ability to be discreet and professional when required
• Team player
• Maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to clean and maintain work environments
• Self awareness, curious to learn and seek feedback to improve ways of working and growing
• Provide constructive feedback, with the ability to coach and help others achieve their full potential
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs (including evenings, weekends and holi
• days)
• Can commit to a set schedule and arrive promptly

Minimum Candidate Qualifications:

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Fluent in English
• At least 6 months of experience in direct customer service, service and restaurant industry preferred
• Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (plates, bags, chairs, food, etc.

) for a short distance
