Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to maintain impeccable cleanliness standards across all guest rooms and public areas Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient performance and adherence to safety protocols Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards and brand guidelines Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels and proper usage Oversee laundry operations, ensuring timely processing of linens and guest items with attention to detail Address guest requests or concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues effectively Implement cleaning schedules, safety procedures, and best practices for commercial cleaning and custodial tasks Create the schedule for the housekeeping department following the company's Standard Operating Procedures Requirements Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial management within a hotel or hospitality environment Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, janitorial procedures, laundry operations, and safety standards Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively Experience with hotel housekeeping management systems or related software is preferred Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform physically demanding tasks as required Prior experience in hospitality or commercial cleaning is highly advantageous Must be available weekdays, weekends and holidays.
