is a family business in Oregon. We are supportive, nimble and our goal at EXPL.OR Vacation Properties LLC is to provide our team and guests with a 5 star experience. We looking for a Fulltime Housekeeper to join our team to help maintain our properties on the Oregon Coast area. The ideal candidate is someone that has at least 3 year of working knowledge of vacation home cleanings. This is 4 to 5 days a week must be available Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays from 9am to 5pm. Possibly for working more days as needed with overtime pay.

Essential Position Requirements:

Serve as the dedicated point of contact for homeowners in your portfolio Build long-term relationships through consistent communication, proactive updates, and swift resolution of requests or concerns Represent homeowner interests cross-functionally within the organization Master a complete understanding of the brand, business practices, procedures, policies and contracts. Performs related and other special duties as required or directed that would included cleaning of homes and light maintenance task. Exceptional communication between the various teams and departments Schedule and manage vendor work in coordination with teams Support the onboarding of new properties in the region through inspections, vendor coordination, and homeowner communication Ensure new homes meet readiness checklists and are properly integrated into operating systems Ability to maintain composure under pressure Clean and maintain properties between guest stays. Working Conditions:

Ability to work independently and remain motivated but also work with a team. Willingness to work after hours, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to work outside in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, heat, snow, etc.) Ability to stand up and move about the property for the majority of the shift Ability to bend, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, walk on uneven surfaces and can work on ladders. Ability to handle objects and equipment to maintain property Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

Experience/Job Requirements:

Have good communication skills. Be self-motivated. Detailed Oriented. Must have the ability to work well with guest and staff. Perform work with little supervision. Have at least 3 year of experience/ training provided. Must be professional and dependable Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends Ability to work holidays Ability to work under pressure Smart phone for our app software. Valid Driver's License Past a background and drug test

Responsibilities:

Follow the instructions of your supervisor. Carry out other cleaning-related tasks as directed by supervisor. Be familiar with the location of all cleaning supplies, equipment and tools. Be familiar with the location of all cleaning supplies, equipment and tools. Make sure that the cleaning schedule is followed properly. Company does supply a few items and equipment.
