Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using industry-standard techniques and equipment Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet care to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal Assist with laundry services, linen management, and replenishing supplies to uphold guest comfort and operational efficiency Support housekeeping management by organizing storage areas and ensuring supplies are stocked and accessible Conduct routine janitorial tasks including trash removal, surface cleaning, and disinfecting high-touch areas to promote hygiene standards Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning procedures meet health and safety regulations Support industrial cleaning projects when required, utilizing specialized equipment for large-scale or deep-cleaning tasks Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and janitorial practices in hospitality or industrial settings Experience with hotel operations or hospitality environments that emphasize guest service excellence Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is advantageous Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward supporting overall property maintenance and cleanliness standards Join us as a Houseman and be part of a dedicated team committed to creating memorable experiences through cleanliness, organization, and exceptional service.
