Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning duties across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to keep all flooring pristine and safe for guests and staff Assist with hotel-related tasks such as setting up event spaces, delivering supplies, and supporting housekeeping staff with various duties Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and outdoor spaces to uphold hygiene standards Handle janitorial supplies inventory management and ensure proper storage and usage of cleaning materials Support custodial operations by performing industrial cleaning tasks when necessary, including deep cleans and specialized sanitation procedures Collaborate with team members to ensure all housekeeping management protocols are followed efficiently and effectively Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments; hotel experience is highly desirable Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and janitorial best practices Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and custodial procedures preferred Prior experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is a plus but not mandatory Positive attitude with excellent teamwork skills and a proactive approach to facility maintenance Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where cleanliness meets excellence!
