Responsibilities Operate laundry equipment efficiently, including washers, dryers, and folding stations, ensuring all linens and textiles are cleaned to hotel standards Maintain cleanliness of laundry rooms, storage areas, and surrounding facilities by performing routine janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal Assist with the collection, sorting, and distribution of linens, towels, and uniforms throughout the property Support housekeeping staff by providing clean linens and assisting with light housekeeping duties as needed Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning supplies and chemicals in compliance with safety regulations Conduct regular inspections of laundry equipment for maintenance needs and report any issues promptly Follow all safety procedures related to industrial cleaning, chemical handling, and equipment operation Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality-related roles such as hotel housekeeping or custodial services Knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and laundry machinery is highly desirable Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Prior experience in hotel or hospitality settings is preferred but not required Both evening and morning shift availability required Join us in delivering exceptional service by ensuring our laundry operations run smoothly while maintaining a pristine environment.
