We are seeking a committed Human Resource Assistant to ensure the delivery of high‑quality support services and maintain full compliance with licensing standards and agency requirements. This position requires strong integrity and a thorough understanding of licensing regulations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise, professionalism, and a dedication to supporting excellence in care.

Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
Total:
FT 40hrs./wk. (Hours and times vary based on program needs)
What You'll Do:
Participate in ongoing communication, support and training for staff Great attention to detail and high level of professionalism Assists with advertising, recruiting, onboarding, processing new hire documentation, and other HR tasks Verify staff employment eligibility, clearances and training Maintain accurate and up to date HR files, records, and documentation Maintain strict confidentiality regarding staff information.
Qualifications:
18 years or older Provide and maintain a Valid U.S. Driver's License and insurable under company policy Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources management; a high school diploma plus two years of human resources experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong communication skills EOE
