Job Description
Position Summary:
The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for overseeing human resource functions supporting their assigned business units. Working closely with the HR Managers and other HR peers, the successful incumbent will provide high level coaching and partnership support to business leaders within the organization. This individual will have proven competence in key priorities such as: talent management, leadership coaching, change management, performance management, training, payroll & benefits administration, and employment law compliance and recruitment. This is a newly created role to support the growth of the organization from a people and relationship management perspective.Why Work With Us:

Act as a strategic partner to management on human-resource related issues. Provide guidance, coaching and advice to client group leaders on questions or concerns related to HR policies, procedures, programs and laws, and building policy and guidelines to service the Human Resources department and business. Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances. Facilitate training as part of employee development as well as other initiatives within the organization. Work with the rest of the Human Resources team to support change initiatives within the company. Implement, communicate and administer the requirements of all regulations, plans and procedures that affect HR functions. Assist in ensuring policies, procedures and reporting follow the business compliance standards. In collaboration with the HR team, ensure that payroll data is processed on a bi-weekly basis accurately and timeline. Ensure compliance with all applicable wage and hour laws. Benefits administration including facilitating company and benefits overview orientation presentation for all new hires within client group and working with employees on any day to day issues/concerns with the company plan. Analyze trends and metrics within the HR department to produce strategic reports for senior management and executives. Provide full cycle recruitment support for all positions within client group, including creating job post, screening resumes, telephone pre-screens, in person interviews, reference checks and extending offers. Maintain electronic personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements; Support the HR team to deliver key annual programs including succession planning, goal setting, performance and compensation reviews; Provide ad hoc reporting to HR Manager, executives and client group business units to facilitate informed decisions; Perform other related duties as required and assigned.Who We're Looking For:
Post-secondary education (diploma or degree) in Human Resources, Business or related area (preferred); Minimum five years job-related progressive experience within Human Resources including significant and relevant experience coaching, advising and managing relationships with client groups; Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Ability to develop plans and then bring them to action - engaging relevant stakeholders and managing expectations around timing, process etc. Excellent spelling, grammar, and written communication skills; and Excellent telephone and oral communication skills.What Will Help You Succeed:
