Advance Services Inc. is looking to hire a Bilingual HR Clerk!

A day-to-day look:

Consists of answering the phone and replying to emails Assist in scheduling and/or finding coverage for open positions. Assist in tracking time and attendance for all hourly employees Assist in filing as needed Promoting policies of the company Complying with safety protocols Assist in creating, maintaining, and updating company security badges for employees and contractors. Perform other duties as assigned. Having exceptional oral and written communication skills is necessary for interacting with employees. Being organized, planning ahead, and decision making are key factors

Qualifications:

Must have High School Diploma or equivalent Bilingual in Spanish/English Required Apply Today! Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm $19.00 - $20.18
