Job Description

HR Coordinator We are partnering with a stable organization to identify an HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on payroll and benefits administration. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys supporting employees, and likes being the go-to resource for HR processes and questions.
Salary:
$50,000–$60,000 (depending on experience) About the organization: Supportive and approachable HR team that works closely together and values collaboration Flexible work environment with an emphasis on work-life balance Hands-on exposure to HR, payroll, and benefits administration Opportunity to support employees throughout the full employee lifecycle Stable, well-established organization that continues to invest in its people and processes Key Responsibilities Assist with payroll processing by reviewing time data, supporting payroll submissions, and helping resolve payroll-related questions Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries related to health, retirement, and other benefit plans Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR, payroll, and benefits questions, ensuring timely and accurate responses Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork, system updates, and coordination with internal teams Maintain accurate employee records and documentation within HR and payroll systems Provide general HR administrative support, including reporting, compliance tracking, and process coordination #
