Job Description
Our client is seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations and help ensure a positive employee experience. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with employee support, onboarding, and coordination across HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employeesMaintain employee records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to dateAssist with benefits administration and HR compliance tasksSchedule interviews, meetings, and training sessionsSupport recruitment activities, including posting jobs and coordinating candidate communicationsRespond to employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefitsHelp prepare HR reports and maintain data in HR systemsSimilar remote jobs
