Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Generalist located in Lenexa, KS. The HR Generalist will manage day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, maintaining compliance with labor regulations, and supporting employee development initiatives. Other responsibilities include assisting in HR policy implementation, maintaining records, and fostering a positive work environment to support organizational goals. Qualifications Experience with Recruitment and Onboarding processes Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and resolving workplace concerns Knowledge of HR Compliance, regulations, and employment laws Proficiency in standard HR software and tools Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Prior experience in an HR role is an advantage
