On Day One, the ideal candidate (you) should be ready and able to: Deploy a superior Information Technology skill set grounded in Microsoft software products, including the ability and experience to install, configure, deploy and troubleshoot desktop and server software, cloud applications and database management software. Recognize, rapidly respond and fix end-user malware infections Respond to the needs and questions of network users concerning their access to resources on the network and the operation of various software programs. Establish and maintain network user environment, directories, and security according to IDEOLITY's stringent standards. Implement disaster recovery procedures. Consult with client and peers at

Experience:

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preference will be given to candidates with an Associates or Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Certifications from Microsoft, CompTIA, etc. are desirable.
