Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist to join our team and drive our human resources initiatives forward. In this role, you will serve as a key partner in managing all aspects of employee relations, talent acquisition, benefits administration, and HR compliance. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive workplace culture, ensure smooth HR operations, and support strategic organizational goals. Responsibilities Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure a seamless hiring process. Administer employee onboarding and orientation programs to integrate new hires effectively into the organization. Manage employee relations by addressing concerns promptly, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work environment. Support performance management initiatives by coordinating employee evaluations, goal setting, and development plans aligned with organizational objectives. Maintain accurate HR data entry within HRIS platforms Assist with project management tasks related to HR initiatives like change management, succession planning, affirmative action planning, and organization design. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management or a related field with strong knowledge Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition strategies including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes utilizing ATS tools like Workday or Paychex. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and effectively. Strong organizational skills with experience in data collection, project coordination, and administrative tasks related to HR functions. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in areas such as benefits administration and employee relations. Knowledge of conflict management techniques and experience working within diverse teams to foster inclusive workplace environments.
