Position Summary The HR Generalist supports day-to-day human resources operations across the organization and serves as a key partner to employees and leadership. This role is responsible for administering core HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, performance management support, compliance, benefits administration, recruiting coordination, HRIS maintenance, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, highly organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced manufacturing and technology environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. This individual must possess exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities Employee Relations & HR Support Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related questions and concerns. Promote positive employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives. Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, interviews, candidate communications. Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities. Ensure completion and accuracy of employment documentation and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data integrity. Administer HR processes in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Support audits, reporting, and record retention requirements. Assist with policy updates, handbook administration, and HR communications. Support employee benefits enrollment and changes. Assist employees with benefits questions and coordination with vendors. Coordinate open enrollment activities and employee communications. Assist with performance review processes and tracking. Support training and development initiatives. Participate in employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs. Help implement HR initiatives aligned with company growth objectives. Support timekeeping and attendance tracking as needed. Assist with workforce planning and reporting.
