HR Generalist Manufacturing and Distribution

HR Generalist - Manufacturing and Distribution Johnson Service Group (JSG) is actively searching for a HR Generalist for our client's operation in near Lumberton, NC. This is a contract position and fantastic opportunity to gain exposure with a Fortune 500 industry leader. The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for managing and supporting policies and programs covering most, if not all, of the following functions within Human Resources with primary focus on the factory hourly population: talent acquisition and onboarding, employee orientation, employee recognition programs, corrective actions, and investigations.

Qualifications:

Prior HR experience in Manufacturing, Distribution or Supply Chain Bachelors Degree preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability and comfort level working with all levels of employees in a fast paced and change oriented environment Comfort dealing with ambiguity and navigating ambiguous situations Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously Strong analytical skill set with advanced skills in all Microsoft Suite systems including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Demonstrated focus on customer service is critical Strong attention to detail •Qualified Candidates Should Apply Now •Johnson Service Group (JSG) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
