Job Description:
The
HR & HSE
Specialist supports to align the FORVIA people strategy with the local business needs. You will act as an administrative
HR & HSE
expert and be the trusted go to partner for the FORVIA employees in your perimeter. Key Responsibilities Support recruitment activities (job postings, coordination, offer letters) Manage employee administration (records, HRIS updates, documentation) Respond to employee inquiries (payroll, HR topics, policies) Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures Support benefits administration and HR programs Contribute to training coordination and onboarding activities Provide general HR support on employee relations topics HSE Support Support deployment of HSE programs and initiatives on site Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards Assist with HSE reporting (incidents, near misses, audits) Support safety communication and employee awareness Coordinate with external providers (training, occupational health) Contribute to emergency preparedness and safety processes Support continuous improvement initiatives related to HSE Minimum education level: BA / BSc HR, business administration or related MA / MSc HR, business administration or related preferred
Professional Experience:
2-5 years of experience in an operative HR role Good understanding of organizational topics in an industrial setting Solid knowledge of local HR legislation Strong Business Partner acumen combined with a consultant mindset Skills and competencies: Great interpersonal and communication skills Fluency in the local language and good English skills Very good MS Office skills First experience with HR management systems like SAP SuccessFactors is beneficial
