Supply:
Duties include handling new merchandise and supplies intended for sale, as well as equipment available for rent. Essential Functions Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission Assists with routine inspections, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment Assists with repairs, as needed Assists with equipment demonstration, loading, and unloading of equipment Maintains equipment inventory systems according to standard operating procedures Responsible for general yard and shop cleanup in accordance with company standards, maintaining a safe and hazard free yard Maintains company equipment - keeps in good, clean, and orderly condition Works safely always and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards Requires regular and punctual employee attendance Performs other duties as assigned Role Specific Essential Functions for

Pulls will call and customer orders for delivery Receives, handles, stores existing and incoming inventory shipments Assists in ensuring that there is sufficient inventory to meet organization needs Ensure that inventory is stored correctly, safely, and that yard space is used effectively Prioritizes and completes tasks to ensure team resources are used efficiently Follows proper operating procedures and standards Assists staff to ensure all yard activity is being conducted safely and yard cleanliness is meeting standards Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of construction and rental industry equipment Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance Equipment selection skills - Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job Uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish working relationships with multiple departments and various levels of the organization First-class organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills, deadline oriented Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment The ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very small objects Ability to perform mathematical computations such as percentages, fractions, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division quickly and accurately Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences Role Specific KSA's for

Work Environment:
