$115,000.00 USD Annually - $135,000.00 USD Annually Description The Judge Group is seeking a HR Manager for a manufacturing company located in the Columbus, NE area.

YES Responsibilities Partner with manufacturing site leaders to execute core HR processes, including performance management, succession planning, talent development, talent acquisition, and compensation. Serve as a trusted HR advisor in a 24/7 manufacturing environment, supporting workforce planning, change management, and associate engagement. Design and implement organizational and team development strategies within a matrixed operating model, including structure, staffing, and capability planning. Lead and support workforce reductions, employee relations matters, and compliance activities. Review and approve Workday transactions; ensure adherence to policies and employment laws. Develop and analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights using Workday, Excel, Visier, and Power BI. Provide HR support across multiple shifts, including off-shift coverage. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred). 5+ years progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a Generalist role. Demonstrated experience supporting a manufacturing or plant-based environment required. Proven success working in complex, matrixed organizations and shared-service HR models. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Analytical, consultative, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills across frontline to executive levels. Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and adapt to shift-based operations.
