  • 5:00 PM) Job Summary Mid-level recruiter role responsible for full-cycle recruitment, stakeholder partnership, and talent strategy execution , with a strong focus on candidate experience and data-driven hiring.
Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting (sourcing → offer → onboarding support) Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies Source candidates using multiple channels and market insights Conduct interviews (MS Teams) and candidate assessments Manage offer process, background checks, and documentation Build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates Use labor market data and competitive intelligence for hiring decisions Ensure compliance with hiring policies and labor laws Track recruiting metrics and improve hiring effectiveness Deliver strong employer branding and candidate experience Core Duties Talent sourcing & pipeline building Candidate screening & interviewing Stakeholder management Recruiting strategy & workforce planning Offer management & compliance Recruiting analytics & reporting Work Environment / Role Nature Fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment Strong collaboration with HR and business teams Mix of strategic planning and execution Requires independent work with minimal supervision Required Skills Full-cycle recruiting
  • 2-4 years Candidate sourcing (job boards, networking, etc.)
  • 2+ years Stakeholder management
  • 2+ years Interviewing & candidate assessment
  • 2+ years Communication & relationship building
  • 2+ years Recruiting process & compliance
  • 1-2 years Preferred Skills Recruiting analytics & metrics tracking Workforce planning & strategy Employer branding Experience in manufacturing or industrial hiring Technical / Functional Exposure ATS systems (Ceipal or similar)
