Job Description

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join a growing service organization in Malvern, Pennsylvania. This onsite role is a contract opportunity with the potential to become permanent, designed for someone who enjoys building candidate pipelines, connecting with talent, and managing recruitment activity from initial outreach through interview coordination. The ideal candidate brings recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment while handling a high volume of daily candidate interactions.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for open positions, from sourcing candidates through final-stage coordination.
  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls each day to identify, engage, and screen prospective applicants.
  • Lead intake conversations and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit for available roles.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies across relevant channels.
  • Track applicant activity, interview progress, and recruitment updates within the applicant tracking system.
  • Partner with staffing stakeholders to understand personnel needs and support timely recruitment efforts.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-up communication to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools to prepare recruitment records, maintain documentation, and support reporting needs.
