The HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist provides comprehensive Human Resources and Talent Acquisition support to ensure a best-in-class employee experience at Vivid Impact. This role combines HR operational responsibilities with full-cycle recruiting functions, supporting both the employee lifecycle and the attraction of top talent aligned with company culture and business needs. This position is responsible for HR administration including onboarding, payroll support, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations, while also managing recruiting activities such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring coordination.Schedule Details:
Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM.Compensation Details & Benefits:

Human Resources Administration Lead onboarding process for new hires including background checks, drug screening, I-9 verification, handbook review, and HRIS/payroll/benefits setup. Maintain HRIS records and generate reports as needed. Support payroll processes including deductions, direct deposit changes, leave accruals, and employee inquiries. Administer employee benefits including enrollments, changes, claims resolution, and reporting. Support worker's compensation claims tracking and documentation. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies. Assist in improving HR processes, workflows, and systems efficiency. Support employee engagement activities and company events. Provide general HR support as needed. Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop accurate job descriptions. Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and recruiting events. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and leadership. Participate in interviews and support candidate evaluation. Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS records with accurate status updates. Collaborate with HR leadership on offer recommendations including compensation, start dates, and terms. Track recruiting metrics and support continuous improvement in hiring processes. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Stay current with recruiting trends, tools, and best practices.What We're Looking For:
Experience in HR administration and/or talent acquisition, preferably in manufacturing or logistics environments. Experience with HRIS systems such as UKG Ready or similar platforms. Strong understanding of recruiting processes and HR compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools preferred. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience required). Experience with predictive assessment tools (e.g., Predictive Index) is a plus.
