We are hiring for an HRIS Senior Analyst to support our manufacturing operations, working primarily Monday-Friday (8 AM - 5 PM) in a hybrid environment that includes both office and production floor exposure. Profile Summary The HRIS Senior Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing Human Resources Information Systems to support a growing organization. This role acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders, HR teams, and system providers to ensure efficient system functionality, accurate data reporting, and successful implementation of HR technology solutions. The analyst drives process improvements, ensures data integrity and security, and promotes effective utilization of HRIS platforms such as ADP and UKG. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain HRIS systems, includingADP EV6, ADP
eTime, and upcoming UKG platforms. Support and participate in the implementation of new HRIS (UKG), including post-go-live system management. Collect, analyze, and report HR data (e.g., attendance, productivity, payroll) for business decision-making. Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of employee data across systems. Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and other departments to deliver system solutions. Troubleshoot HRIS issues and recommend system enhancements for improved efficiency. Develop and maintain HR databases and reporting structures. Train and support end-users on HRIS tools and functionalities. Maintain compliance with data security protocols and company policies. Collaborate across departments to meet organizational reporting and system needs. Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent practical experience). 5+ years of HRIS experience, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience with ADP suite (EV6, RM, GTOR, eTime) and UKG systems. Experience with HR reporting tools, especially ADP Report Writer (ADPR). Skills & Competencies Advanced Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage confidential information with integrity. Strong understanding of HR systems, data structures, and workflows. Ability to train users and explain technical concepts clearly. Adaptability to new technologies and continuous learning mindset.
