Full Time Overview We're seeking a detail?oriented HR & Payroll Coordinator to partner closely with leadership and take ownership of day?to?day payroll and HR operations. What You'll Do Process end?to?end payroll (~200 employees) using ADP Workforce Now Support full payroll cycle, audits, and ensure compliance with internal controls Maintain payroll data, benefits entries, and audit accuracy Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and new hire orientations Support hiring efforts, including scheduling and interviewing Handle day?to?day HR support and employee needs Assist with internal processes, documentation, and system improvements What You Bring 3+ years of payroll experience with full-cycle processing Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (required) Working knowledge of benefits administration High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Team?oriented mindset; ability to act as a trusted right?hand partner Additional Details Exposure to audits, process improvement, and operational structure changes Valid driver's license & insurance required Opportunity to support a growing team and contribute to long?term succession planning
