Seeking a full-time, experienced human resources and training professional to work with a small human service agency.

-providing initial and ongoing training and developing a formal tracking system to ensure compliance;
-administering hr functions to include: hires, terminations, disciplinary action, evaluations, promotions, benefits, and leaves;
-providing all required on-line and in-person pre-employment, annual, and performance-based training;
-participating on the agency safety committee;
-making recommendations to the operations team based on training outcomes;
-ensuring effective communication to employees on agency and funding source policies.
