HSE Intern

You can look forward to these exciting tasks Maintain and organize HSE records (training logs, incidents, audits, permits). Support document control for HSE policies, procedures, and reports. Update trackers (injuries, near misses, inspections, CAPAs) and verify data accuracy. Prepare meeting minutes, dashboards, reports, and presentations. Support internal communications (emails, campaigns, safety materials). Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance activities (ISO standards). Help maintain legal registers and audit documentation. Support HSE projects, training activities, and site events. Conduct basic inspections (equipment, safety checks) and assist with risk/ergonomic assessments. Assist with SDS updates, LOTO inventory, and training coordination. Perform general HSE administrative and support tasks as needed. Qualifications Pursuing a degree in HSE, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field. Basic knowledge of HSE concepts (training provided if needed). Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Good communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
