Job Description

Environmental, health, and safety leader responsible for managing regulatory compliance, process safety, environmental programs, and occupational health systems within a chemical manufacturing facility. Job Requirements Degree in a related HSE field Experience managing HSE management systems, including
ISO 14001, ISO
45001, and PSM Experience with Title V Major Air Permit compliance Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE programs in a chemical manufacturing environment Experience ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and state regulatory requirements Experience leading chemical safety programs including Hazard Communication, Process Safety Management, Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, Hot Work, and Respiratory Protection Experience conducting Job Safety Analyses, risk assessments, and hazard identification activities Experience leading incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions Experience managing occupational health programs including hearing conservation, ergonomics, and industrial hygiene Preferred Skills CHMM certification Experience supporting Large Quantity Generator hazardous waste status compliance Job Responsibilities Develop, implement, and continuously improve site HSE policies, procedures, and programs Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and applicable state regulatory requirements Serve as site subject matter expert for chemical safety, process safety, environmental compliance, and occupational health Lead chemical safety programs including HAZCOM, PSM, Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, Hot Work, and Respiratory Protection Conduct Job Safety Analyses, risk assessments, and hazard identification activities Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and manage corrective and preventive actions Manage occupational health programs including hearing conservation, ergonomics, and industrial hygiene Support environmental compliance activities related to air permitting and hazardous waste management
