Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Manager to lead our safety initiatives across manufacturing operations. This role is vital in fostering a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and promoting occupational health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be energized by creating impactful safety programs that protect our team members and enhance operational efficiency. Duties Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE policies aligned with industry standards such as OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) regulations. Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments within manufacturing facilities to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions. Lead incident investigations using root cause analysis techniques to determine underlying issues and prevent recurrence. Provide training and development programs on topics such as first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), workers' compensation law, OSHA compliance, and occupational health best practices. Manage workers' compensation claims processes, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to legal requirements. Prepare detailed reports on safety performance metrics, incident trends, and compliance status for senior management review. Coordinate emergency response procedures and ensure all team members are trained in safety protocols. Experience Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a strong understanding of OSHA regulations, EPA standards, and occupational health practices. Demonstrated ability to conduct report writing, root cause analysis, and safety audits effectively. Certifications in first aid, CPR, OSHA safety standards, or related fields are highly desirable. Knowledge of workers' compensation law and experience managing related claims is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging training sessions and clear reports. Pay:
