Job Description

Tulsa's Green Country Staffing is seeking a strong HR Assistant with experience in HR or other relevant administrative duties. Job Responsibilities
  • Support HR staff with producing, completing & organizing all required onboarding documents for all new hires
  • Use established social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other technical means to source, screen, interview and hire qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Participate in career / job fairs and recruitment events and maintains employee staffing and recruitment.
  • Become familiar with all HR policies & common practices.
  • Participate in employee orientation and onboarding programs.
  • Collect data and compile reports, monitor turnover, and exit interviewing.
  • Maintain employee personnel documents, benefit records, and required legal documents.
  • Process unemployment paperwork and communication per requirements, maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Coach and counsel management and employees in the interpretation and application of HR and organization policies and procedures ensuring fairness and consistency with positive communication and action.
  • Assist in the implementation and administration of training programs.
  • Administer various HR plans and procedures for company personnel.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant field is a big plus
  • Strong background in HR functions including onboarding, benefits liaison, recruiting
  • HR related &/or professional certifications a big plus
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, sourcing and recruitment tools a huge plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management, planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to build and foster strong collaborative relationships
  • Ability to work independently as well as a strong team player
